You may be a good judge of character, and able to rely on your instincts to establish a good rapport with those whom you do business. But don’t even think of photographing a wedding or other special event without a rock-solid contract. After all, you can’t re-photograph a wedding to make up for what you might have failed to do the first time. Or to redo it the right way.
