Scarlett & Stephen present "Customer Service?"

As two wedding photographers who just got married last year, Scarlett & Stephen learned a lot about what it's like to be on the other side of the camera and receiving customer service from their vendors as a bride and groom.

They will be sharing the Do's & Dont's of what they learned as a bride and groom from their vendors that have helped them improve their now, exemplary customer service to their clients, and to help you realize things you may or not be aware you are doing to improve your own customer service.

About Scarlett & Stephen
Scarlett & Stephen were two wedding photographers on the opposite side of the country who fell in love and got married. Now having merged their photography businesses, they love photographing weddings and children around the world as a husband and wife photography team. Together, their work has been seen on TLC's "Wedding Day Makeover" television show, in publications such as Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, The Knot, Southern Weddings, Weddings Unveiled, Weddings Illustrated and voted Best Of Wedding Photographers by The Knot and Jacksonville Magazine. Along with shooting, they have enjoyed speaking at different photography meetings sharing how photographers can better their business. You can see their work at

Print Competition: All prints must be entered BEFORE 7:00pm!

Dinner Reservations Required – Respond by midnight Thursday June 7th so that we may notify the hotel of the number of meals required.

If you do not have a dinner reservation, you may not be able to eat, and the price is the same as a non-member. Arrivals after 7:30 p.m. cannot be promised dinner.
