OUR FIRST MEETING WILL BE TUESDAY, JANUARY 8TH AT 5:00PM AT THE SOCIAL HOUSE - LOCATED IN THE SAME SHOPPING AREA AS OUR NEW MONTHLY MEETING THE ADDRESS IS:  5100 Belt Line Road #410  Addison, TX 75254  PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE, WE WILL HAVE A LOT TO COVER OUR FIRST MEETING.

We are looking for volunteers for the following categories:

 CATEGORY              VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

SPONSORS               3-4   VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  THIS IS THE BIGGEST PRODUCTION WE HAVE EVER PUT ON!!!  WE NEED AS MANY SPONSORS AS POSSIBLE! You will assist in calling and emailing past and new prospects and asking for them to Sponsor LRSH>

ATTENDEES             2 volunteers needed    You would attend other guilds meeting and introduce LRSH (we need to get the word out to all the guilds, every vendors clients, etc. etc.)

CARS                           2 -1 volunteers  needed      (you are in charge of securing 1940's style vehicles, getting them to Fredricksburg and keeping car owners happy!)

Lead - Michael Kan

PLANES                     2 volunteers needed   (we need one lead with connections to antique plane owners - coordinating planes to Fredicksburg) and 1 helper

MODELS -                 2 volunteers needed   (1 - lead; 1 helper - we will help you with securing models, but you will be in charge of making sure they get to LRSH and have everything they will need during the event)

WARDROBE               2 - 1 volunteers needed (wardrobe is in charge of making sure that all pieces to each costume are accounted for and make it to and from LRSH)
