2013 Marketing plan for LRSH 2013
2013 is projected to be the largest attended Little Red School House in more than 52 years. With the largest marketing campaign ever!
Past LRSH events have varied in attendance from 38 to 165 people.
Marketing began Dec 1 & 2, 2012, at DFW Expo. We handed out Save the date cards to more than 1,000 people. These cards had no vendor information.
As each vendor signs up as a sponsor we will send out a press release that you can share with your clients.
When speakers from Dallas PPA are at other guilds they will be handing out info and doing a drawing for 50% off a scholarship to LRSH.
We are maintaining a website that is devoted just to Little Red School House. It is amazing! We will update it with more info as we go along and vendor ads as they come in. You can see it here: http://dppalittleredschoolhouse.us
The website is under construction at the moment. We are getting new data each day and updating it as quickly as possible. This site will continue to grow over the next few weeks.
March 15 Texas PPA Convention
We will be handing out info in printed form. This will have any Platinum Sponsors with an ad on this flyer ASSUMING you have placed a down payment for your sponsorship before Feb 28th.
This will also begin our weekly facebook and twitter announcements.
March 15 our digital magazine website will go live, each sponsor will be listed, your sponsorship level will determine what size ad you receive. Additional ads may be purchased.
March 27 First Email Blast: We will be sending emails to over 4000 photographers
April 29 – May 3rd Texas School Table to promote and flyers in all bags.
April 24 Second Email Blast: We will be sending emails to over 4000 photographers
May 29 Third Email Blast: We will be sending emails to over 4000 photographers
June 26 4th Email Blast: We will be sending emails to over 4000 photographers
July 31 Last Email Blast: Last push for attending.
Meal Sponsorship is $500. During a meal you may present a 30 minute educational presentation to the members.
